Peter's Watch List January 3rd

Good Morning,

If you have been bored by the low volume action that we have seen over the holiday, it's time to buckle your seat belt today! Last night the US took out a key Iranian military leader, and the market is reacting in a big way with oil and gold up big this morning and the major indices all gapping down sharply. To add to that, we have some key economic numbers coming out this morning - especially the ISM Manufacturing numbers coming out at 10 AM and the FOMC minutes coming out at 2 PM. It promises to be quite the interesting day. We will talk about some key levels to watch in our premarket chat this morning to help guide us through the storm today. For the watch list today I'm focusing on a few small caps that are less likely to move with the market as well as some names that maybe we try to pick up on a pullback. Here's the list:

AEMD is in a reversal pattern and got some heavy volume yesterday. I like this over 1.30 for continuation into the nice gap above.

AGRX has a nice double top at $3 and I like it over this level for a push up to 3.30 or higher

LPCN is a beat up name that got some nice volume the last two days in a potential reversal. I like this over .45 for a test of .50 and possible push higher

TEN has been testing its sma200 for days and looks ready to break over it in a TTM Squeeze. Ideally I'd like to see a pullback/soft open and pick this up on the way back up through 13.50 for a push to $14 or higher

CHGG is in a nice cup and handle type pattern. Ideally here we see a pullback or soft open and pick this up on a break up through 38.50 for a test of yesterday's high and possible push to $40

SHAK is a name that gave me some great short setup a few months ago, and it now looks ready for some recovery. Again here I'm looking for a soft open and would like an entry on a break over 60.50 for a test of yesterday's high and push towards the ema34

DIS showed a ton of strength yesterday and is gapping down in this market weakness. It has a nice TTM Squeeze on the daily and I like this on a move back up through $147 for a test of yesterday's high and push back up towards the recent highs around $153

WORK is a beat up name that saw a lot of call sweep activity yesterday. I like this on a soft open and would ideally pick it up around 22.75 for a test of yesterday's high and push to $24
