Peter's Watch List October 8th

Good Morning,

Yesterday we saw the market try to push up, and it got a pretty from rejection at key resistance levels. Looking at the SPY as an example, it pushed up over its sma50 and tried the ema34 before fading into the close and losing those levels. As we said all day yesterday in chat, the move up on US China trade optimism just didn't make any sense at all, and sure enough this morning, we are looking at a gap down open for all of thee major indices. We will continue to be patient and nimble, and we will continue to focus on shorter time frame trades. We still have the potential for a lot of news driven chop the rest of the week. Here are a few names that I will be watching today:

LVGO is a relatively recent issue that bounced off the lows last week and looks ready to test its sma20. I like this over 20.80 for a test of $21 and possible move into the mid $21's

SIG took out its sma100 yesterday after struggling with it for a few weeks, and it has a TTM Squeeze on the daily. I like this over $18 for a push up to the mid $18's or higher

FRAN is a wild one, so if I take this trade I will do it in small size. I like this ideally for an entry between $15 and 15.25 for a push up to $16 or higher

MAXR made a strong move in September and gave a pretty good retrace and has found some support. I like this over 8.20 for a move to the mid to high $8's

WORK gave us a fantastic trade int he room yesterday, and I still like this to push higher. I will be looking for a move over yesterday's high of 26.28 for a move to the high $26's

AIMT I love how this one pushed up into the close when the market was pulling. I will be looking for entry over 23.52 for a test of Friday;s high and possible push higher
