Watch List December 17th

Good Morning,

Yesterday we had a choppy but low range day with a bit of volatility around the FOMC announcement and presser. This morning as I type around 7:45 AM Eastern time we are pointing to a gap up open that takes out all time highs. A lot could change at 8:30 AM when we have jobless claims as well as some other economic reports coming out. As we head into tomorrow, it is worth noting that we have quad witching and major rebalances for the S&P indexes and the Nasdaq 100. This will make for some very choppy and possibly wild trading tomorrow and caution is warranted. If you are not familiar with quad witching see this link https://www.investopedia.com/terms/q/quadruplewitching.asp and if you are not familiar with index rebalances just be aware that ETFs like the SPY and the QQQ are forced to buy and sell certain stocks to stay aligned with the index. Yesterday i took a starter position in PLTR and I am interested in adding to this on any pullbacks that hold support. Here are a few names that I will be watching today:

TCS I still like from yesterday's watch list if it can come down closer to $10 for a low risk entry with a tight stop

FUV reclaimed a key anchored vwap level yesterday and has a beautiful TTM Squeeze on the 65 min chart. I like this on a back test of that anchored vwap level around 13.20 for a swing entry with lots of potential upside

CYH from the weekly watch has been weak so far, but I like this if it pulls a bit more all the way to a key anchored vwap level around 7.75

GRFS is in a very nice TTM Squeeze on the daily and is trying to pull away from its sma200. I like this on a pullback and then reclaim of $19 for a push up to test $20 and possibly push up to the mid $21s

TCOM took out vwap anchored to the recent highs and has a nice TTM Squeeze. I like this for a swing on a pullback and hold of that anchored vwap level at 34.50 I would also be interested for a day trade on a soft open that goes red to green
