Watch List September 23rd

Good Morning,

We saw a decent bounce in the market yesterday, but the volume is extremely low which is a bit of a red flag for anyone wanting to see that bounce continue. This morning we are seeing a bit of a mixed picture with the SPY, DIA, and IWM slightly green and the QQQ red in the premarket. Overall I still think we are seeing a short term downtrend amidst a longer term uptrend, and the jury is still out on whether this turns into something more than that. Here are a few names that we are watching today:

DDOG made a nice push off of its sma20 and sma50 yesterday and I like this on a pull and hold of the $90 level for a swing trade or on a red to green move for a day trade

AAXN reclaimed a key anchored vwap level and has a nice TTM Squeeze on the daily. I like this on a pull and hold of the $85 level for a push up to the volume shelf above around $91

EYE is building a nice shelf of volume in a TTM Squeeze. I like this on a red to green move for a push up to test $40 and possibly breakout to the $45 area

MIK gapped down on earnings a few weeks ago and is now rounding back up nicely and reclaiming a key anchored vwap level and building a nice shelf of anchored volume by price in a TTM Squeeze. I like this on a soft open that goes red to green for a push up to $12 or higher

If the QQQ continues to show relative weakness throughout the day, I will look to FB, AAPL, NFLX, and MSFT for potential swing trades to the short side
