Watch List September 24th

Good Morning,

The market was under continued pressure yesterday with sharp pullback in all of the major indices and a spike in the VIX. We are testing some critical support yesterday and possibly today, and it will be very important to see if it holds. If the SPY loses 320, we could very well see a test of the daily sma200 around the 310 area. Hopefully everyone has been paying attention to our call to stay small in position size through this turbulent period in the market as we will definitely see some stops get hit as we saw yesterday with PLUG. We should see soon if this pullback is going to turn into something much deeper or of we will find support and start turning back up. While this happens, patience and selective shots in small position size will be critical. Here are some names that I will be watching today:

DDOG from yesterday's list showed a lot of relative strength in a weak tape. I like this long on a weak open and red to green move if the market can find some footing today

AAXN from yesterday's list also showed some relative strength and could benefit from renewed civil unrest that is popping up around the country. I also like this long on a soft open and red to green move

MIK from yesterday's list I like long if the market finds some footing and it moves over 10.70

MSFT I like short on a break of $200 or if it gaps down below 200 I like it short on a failed attempt to reclaim $200

I will also be watching TWTR and ROKU for potential long setups and NFLX, FB, FSLY, and AAPL for potential short setups
